2. Requirement Analysis
We conduct a thorough requirement analysis and create a comprehensive Scope of Work document. This includes detailed time and cost analysis.
3. Design
Our UI/UX developers commence wireframing, branding, and UI/UX creation. This stage involves iterative processes until the client is completely satisfied with the design.
4. Development
Once the design is finalized, the development phase begins. Multiple specialized teams, such as frontend, backend, and data analysis, work concurrently to ensure efficient progress.
5. Security & Testing
Rigorous testing procedures, including whitebox, black box, and greybox testing, are conducted. Additionally, penetration testing and vulnerability checks are performed. Only upon successful completion, we proceed to deployment.
6. Project Handover
After rigorous testing in a staging environment, the product is deployed in production and officially launched. Active monitoring continues until the system achieves stability.
